While some requests may begin through Instagram or Facebook, these channels are not designed to manage ongoing commissions. Messages can become fragmented over time, which may lead to delays or missing details.
For this reason, communication is centralized on the website, where each project is tracked accurately and efficiently.
As I handle all commissions personally and often work with a high volume of projects, updates may not always be immediate. This does not affect the progress of your project — it remains active in the production workflow.
If you would like an update, simply open your order and use the status check option. This sends a direct notification, allowing me to prioritize your request.
