For this reason, refunds and returns are limited and follow the rules below.
Deposits
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- A deposit reserves your production slot and covers initial work.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted only before production begins.
- Once sculpting or preparation has started, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds During Production
- If a cancellation is approved after production has started, any refund (if applicable) is proportional to the completed stage of work.
- Digital labor already performed is not refundable.
Completed Items
- Finished custom items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Minor adjustments may be discussed before final approval, within reasonable limits.
Shipping Issues
- If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
